I've decided to take this step in hopes to stay connected with my mother who passed away. Baking and cooking is something we both enjoyed and this was our way to show love. Even through a simple meal. If you knew my mom, you would know the love she had for baking. She has taught me everything I know. Once I learned to make one of her recipes, I would always tease that she was losing her touch and

mine came out better. Not knowing that these times were taken for granted because I never thought that one day there would be no more competing, no more meals, and no more lessons. Just like that, it's all taken away.. So baking is my chance to connect and a chance to share with you our love for baking one batch at a time. ------Small Batch.
