Brookie’s Cookies will be relaunching in 2025 with a new ordering system and a new dedication to our customers! But, we’ll have the same delicious and quality cookies for you! We may even throw in some new items.

Lucky for you Brookie's Cookies will be at the POC Crawfish Fest and Cook-Off with a delicious line-up of cookies, brownies, and bars!

If you’re cooking for the day and want some cookies to snack on, just shoot me a message and one of our lovely helpers (Amber and Grace) will deliver them to you! Or stop by our booth! Just look for the purple Cookies flag!

We are so excited to have a booth again at the POC Crawfish Fest and Cook-Off! The event is this Saturday in Port O’Connor and it is going to be a blast!

Our menu for the event is looking great! 24 lbs of butter, 50 lbs of flour, 25 lbs of sugar and 84 eggs are what we’ve got to start baking up a storm for you!

We’ll have our famous decorated cookies and some absolutely delicious drop cookies, including our bestsellers from last year…key lime, snickerdoodle, chocolate chip and our chocolatey, rich brownies. Looking for something fun to do with your friends or the kids? Come out to one of our cookie decorating classes on Saturday, March 23rd!

Our cookie decorating classes are fun, educational, and delicious! We will provide you with everything you need to decorate a delicious and adorable set of Easter cookies that you get to take home to enjoy and show off to all of your friends and family! In our classes you will learn:

🐰 Royal icing techniques like flooding and detail work
🐰 Step by Step instructions on decorating these beautiful designs
🐰 Simple designs that you can recreate at home
🐰 Tips and tricks to help you succeed on your decorating journey
🐰 Take home my proven royal icing and sugar cookie recipe!

We are offering 2 classes on Saturday, March 23rd at the Victoria Art League in Victoria, TX.

🐣 Mommy & Me Class - 10 am - This class is for parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians and their child under 10. Designed for our younger cookie artists. $60 for an adult and one child. $25 for each additional child
🐣 Beginner Class - 2 pm - This class is designed for cookie artists ages 10+. $40/person
