🥖SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT🥖If you’ve ever wanted to learn the history, techniques, and science behind artisan sourdough, this class is for you! We are so excited to partner with Levee Street Marketplace for a special Sourdough 101 class on June 20 from 10 AM - Noon.

Spots are limited to 15 attendees, but if there’s enough interest, we can schedule another group session🙌 Class fees are $40 per person.

Participants will receive hands-on instruction in crafting their own artisan sourdough loaf, as well as real-time demonstrations. During our in-depth presentation, we will also snack on a variety of yummy sourdough goodies and take a few minutes to shop around at Levee Street Marketplace!

All you need to bring is a large mixing bowl, a pen and paper — class fees cover the remaining supplies. You’ll go home with your own ready-to-bake dough AND dehydrated starter to keep or gift to a friend!
