Last year’s cinnamon rolls vs. this year’s!

I’ll admit, sharing the first photo is a little humbling. 😂 But I think it’s important to show that gluten-free baking is a constant learning process. There’s always testing, tweaking, and finding ways to improve.

I’m so proud of how far this product has come, and I’ll keep learning and perfecting it along the way!

Just got back from Italy yesterday 🇮🇹✨ and I’m already feeling inspired!

I’ve been diving into new ideas and recipes to bring some fresh flavors to the Gluten Gone Bakery menu.

Right now I’m experimenting with different flavored loaves (blueberry lemon is at the top of my list 👀🍋🫐), and I’m also exploring light, seasonal spring & summer fruit flavors.

Think bright, fresh, and a little bit different from the usual 💛 🤩

Also, still searching for local vendor events. If you know of any, I’d love to hear about them!

Starting Gluten Gone Bakery has truly been a journey. There have been times I’ve had to pause, reset, and take breaks but through it all, your support has meant everything to me.

I’m so grateful for every order, every share, every kind word, and every bit of encouragement along the way. It’s helped keep this dream going.

I’m continuing to work hard behind the scenes! Perfecting my current recipes and developing new ones to bring to the community.

My mission is simple: to create food that isn’t just “good for gluten-free” but genuinely delicious for everyone.

Because good food should never exclude people with dietary restrictions or preferences!
