We will be closed Friday, May 1, 2026. May Day Strong. International Workers Day. We stand in solidarity with workers, teachers, students and communities together as we demand more support for our public programs, a Stop to ICE, No independent military, and to bring the needs of the workers before the billionaires.
The labor workers of the U.S. in 1886 engaged in a massive National Strike which changed the original workday from a 10-16-hour day to our current 8-hour workday. The fought and did not give up the fight and made a concrete change. We can do the same.

Do you geek out on ingredients and enjoy how dough changes on a daily basis working with A2/A2 100% Grass fed Milk and Grass fed butter and fluctuations in fat content? Do you have patience with organic fruits to prepare them to be transformed during a steady simmer?

More please, add more ice, shake and serve over and over again to keep us hydrated in this heat.

Have you tried our morning case? Our first pastries are out of the oven just under an hour before opening so you can taste the caramelized butter each pastry brings to your first bite. As we open our doors, another load of pastries have been pulled from the oven with dressed with organic local farmer’s market fruits cooked down to perfection.

Then comes our GF cookies, GF financiers, madeleines, twice bakes, apple chaussons, savory puff pastry including our goat and honey pots. The oven is busy running each of these loads before your eyes! Mid-morning our brioche and babka make their way out of the oven jumping for joy from their mold showing off their organic farmer’s market fruits or organic chocolate cream folds from the babka. Then our baguettes arrive, crackling out of the oven just in time for you to grab one for your lunch cravings.

We thoroughly enjoy bringing you fresh bakes throughout our day, making sure you are able to experience true butter decadence, velvety brioche texture, as well as to not miss out on the fresh baguette crust crack.
