I miscounted on a wholesale order, and now I have 8 extra loaves of käsebrot mit aprikosen (sourdough with gorgonzola and apricot).

Well, it is probably time I updated my followers.

I have been in a hospital bed since Tuesday evening, and underwent an important surgery last night. We don't yet know when I can go home, let alone resume baking.

That said, I AM healing. Improvement is steady, if annoyingly slow.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I am eager to fire up the ovens again.
