Guess who’s back?

It’s been HELLA long since I last posted on here and I’ve been missing this creative outlet, so I’ve decided to share some of the work I’ve done over the past year.

I hosted my sister’s baby shower this weekend. Her due date is October 31st, so her theme was “spooky baby”. Here is one of her cakes, her favorite chocolate cake with mocha whipped cream filling, vanilla bean flour buttercream and a black dark chocolate ganache drip.
Topped with a gorgeous purple dahlia from my mommy’s garden and a creepy skeleton mermaid of course 💜🖤

Semi naked with a chocolate ganache drip will always be one of my favorites, the ratios of cake to frosting to ganache is just perfect. This one was from my sister’s birthday last month, her only request was chocolate cake with my whipped mocha filling (drool 🤤) so I covered it in vanilla bean flour buttercream and tried out this super fun upside down drip! Topped with some mocha macarons 😍

For my sprinkle drip cake I chose Cherry On Top mix for inspiration which is one of my favorites. I love the retro soda fountain color pallet, it was just begging me to put actual cherries on top 🍒. This cutie is chocolate cake with mocha whipped cream filling, vanilla bean flour buttercream and a dark chocolate ganache drip 😍
