Dough Dough Bird Followers, it's been a while since I popped on, so I wanted to say thank you for being here. My new oven finally arrived and has been installed! With that said, I will be taking some time off indefinitely for personal reasons. Once life settles down, I will get back in the saddle and start baking again. I appreciate your understanding! ❤️

Dough Dough Bird Followers, we are making progress! I will be getting a new oven, which is a huge praise! However, I need to make some modifications to my kitchen before it can be installed (cutting granite counter tops and transitioning from a drop-in oven to a slide-in oven). I appreciate your patience and support in Dough Dough Birds 🍞🫶🫰!!

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣

Orders will be on hold until further notice. My oven is in need of a replacement part or I need a new oven altogether. I’ve been fighting error codes the last several weeks, and I am worried that it will unexpectedly quit or not turn on one day.

Pizza dough will be available starting June 8th.

Although this is extremely frustrating and discouraging, I will still praise Jesus for the wonderful community that has supported Dough Dough Birds.

There was an accident in the kitchen I had to pull out my starter from the fridge. Hoping it grows in the next day or 2 to get back on the baking train. However, I will have to see how much it grows day by day.
