It’s finally here. 🍀 Introducing our Dubai Chocolate-Inspired Pistachio Cupcake Collection! 🧁

This has been a labor of love to get the balance just right—a moist, vibrant pistachio cake filled with our house-made artisan pistachio cream and finished with three distinct chocolate styles. (Each set of 12 cupcakes includes four cupcakes of each chocolate finish style.) This new collection is now a permanent part of our gourmet menu!

There is a certain kind of peace that comes with a quiet kitchen and a new flavor profile in the works. 🥄✨

While my journey with gluten-free baking began years ago, I am constantly exploring and perfecting new recipes to add to the Divine Swirl Bakery menu. This week’s inspirations? Fresh lime and pistachios.

I'm working on a couple of things for March that focus on bright, earthy, natural flavors along with a moist, velvety texture. No 'luck' required ☘️— just working with good science and great ingredients. Happy Wednesday, everyone!

We’ve spent the last few weeks prepping our kitchen and perfecting our recipes, and we are so excited to finally share our full menu of gourmet cupcakes, cupcobblers, and mini French cakes with you.

Leading the way is the debut of our Family Spiced Apple with Maple cupcake. It’s a four-generation legacy reimagined with an apple-inspired twist and velvety maple-infused frosting. 🍎
