I'm planning to bake bread (plain and country rye sourdough) this friday Dec 19, pick up at Etta's - this will be the last bake of 2025.

Friday Nov 14 - NO Sourdough bread. There are a few loaves of Sesame Challah, 8$ each, outside Etta's in Torrey, until 5.
(Etta's is closing at 5 today for the dinner with Hell's Backbone Grill)

Thank you for a great 2025 Farmers' market! We hope to see you at next year's market.
In the meantime, we hope to sell bread on some Fridays outside Etta Place Cidery in Torrey. I will post on those Fridays and the bread will be on a shelf by 1 pm, until Etta's closes. Please self-serve and pay by venmo or deposit cash in the rocket ship piggy bank. Please do not bother the staff as we are completely separate and they cannot take your money for our bread.

Today Oct 31, we have plain and country rye sourdough breads, chocolate chip and monster cookies. Bread is 8$, cookies are 6$/bag (4 cookies). The shelf may get rolled jnside. Thank you

Aug 2 Market - We will not be at the market this Saturday Aug 2.

This week's cookies were lost to the power outage. Not knowing when the power would come back, and the possibility of more disruptions, I did not build the sourdough starter and begin the process for this Saturday's bread.
Sorry for any inconvenience, hope to see you next week.

Good morning!
We will be at the Torrey Apple Days market today Saturday June 5, from 11 am to 3 pm, on the grass near the Torrey post office.
We're taking a break next week (July 12) and will be back at the Capitol Reef Farmers' market July 19.

Hi, we will be at the Capitol Reef Farmers' Market today (June 21) with cookies and sourdough bread. Unfortunately, no challah bread this week.
Would anyone be interested in getting Challah on fridays instead of saturdays? Pick-up would be from a shelf at Etta Place Cidery. Please let me know, if there is enough interest we'll try it out. Thanks!

For Wednesday June 11, pick up at Etta Place, 8$/loaf.
- Khorasan/kamut sourdough bread (combining organic whole grain khorasan flour and wheat flour).
- Bavarian Hausbrot (a dense sourdough bread, combining organic whole rye & whole wheat flours with anis, fennel, coriander and caraway spices, baked in a loaf pan).

Pick up will be at Etta Place, after 4 pm. If I am not there, the bread can be picked up inside Etta Place Cider until close at 7 pm. Please let me know if you'd like a loaf.
