Today I had the honor and privilege to be "called to action" for an organization called Icing Smiles. They provide celebration cakes for children that have had catastrophic illnesses or diagnosises. This cake was done for an adorable 8 year old named Blake who has battled stage IV neuroblastoma since he was 9 months old. Happy Birthday Blake! You touched my heart today.
