It has been such an incredible honor and privilege to serve as the Baking and Pastry Chef Instructor at MSJC. These past two years have been some of the most rewarding of my career. While I'm completely heartbroken to leave my dream job and move to Texas next week (thanks, military! 😂), I'll forever be grateful for this experience, the memories, and everything it has taught me.
To all of my students at MSJC and OCSA: whether baking and pastry becomes your career or simply one chapter of your journey, I hope you leave with more confidence, a few new skills, and the belief that you're capable of achieving amazing things. Watching each of you grow has been the greatest privilege, and I'll be cheering you on wherever life takes you.
Thank you, Mt. San Jacinto College for giving me the opportunity to do what I love!!
