Along with our fitness classes I will be starting up my meal prep business again. If you are interested In meals, please let me know so I can send you my client form to know a little more about you. Your meals may be personalized according to your physical needs.

Meal prices will vary from $7 - $10, depending on protein given for that meal. There will be an a la carte upcharge for added extras. There is a 5 day max meal limit. If you order for more then 5 days I will have to tell you no because food spoils after 5 days and I don’t want you to run the risk of food poisoning.

Main delivery Location is in Pleasant grove but I can deliver to you once main drop off location has been picked up.

Money will be received thru zelle, cash app, PayPal upfront. (NO EXEPTIONS)

If you have any food allergies please let me know ahead of time.

My neighbor is about 60 she currently keeps her grandchildren on weekends so her daughter can work. 3 boys my heart was kinda sad for her because I'm sure she's exhausted but that mother love never ends. Made these for her and those sweet babies. Check on your neighbors they may just need a hug or friendly smile 🤗
