Inspired by Curry Leaf Bread from her book Modern Spice, this loaf is full of bold, warm flavors—turmeric, roasted cumin, curry leaves, and ghee come together to create a golden, aromatic bread with a soft crumb and crisp crust.

This version is made with commercial yeast, but I’m thinking of trying a sourdough version—
