A Note from Debbie 🤍

For 6+ years, CiderHouse Pie Shop has been a place of comfort, celebration, and connection — and I am endlessly grateful to every single one of you who trusted me with your holidays, milestones, and everyday moments.

As seasons change, so does the work we’re called to do. After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to shift my focus away from pie production and pour my time and energy into LowCountry Cannoli & Coffee, a brand that has grown so joyfully and organically with the people we love serving.

Moving forward, you’ll still find me in the kitchen on Old Trolley Tuesday through Thursday from 2–7 PM, creating handcrafted cannoli, cookies, espresso & specialty beverages & more — just under the LowCountry Cannoli & Coffee name. I might even have something up my sleeve…. TBC.

While I won’t be offering pies, I’m excited to continue serving our community in this fresh, focused way.

Thank you for walking alongside me through the CiderHouse Pie Shop chapter. I hope you’ll continue with me into this next one — I can’t wait to share what’s ahead.

Apparently yesterday was “National Lemon Pie Da and, well… we were a little busy up to our aprons in Thanksgiving prep. 😅 But you know what? Lemon pie deserves its own spotlight anyway!
