When your husband gets promoted from dishwasher to sous chef. 🤗 After many years of decorating cakes for everybody else’s special day, my sweet husband decided that I should not have to make my own birthday cake this year. He baked, iced and decorated this cake all on his own and with a little bit of coaching I can say, I am thoroughly impressed for his first attempt! He may regret showing me how well he did as I might put him to work more than he already does 😆

thanks for making me feel so special babe!

The candles were my favorite part and helped pull everything together!
