Sweet tea & sourdough just felt right this week. 🫖💗💚

A little nod to Dolly, a little nod to the South, and a whole lot of fun things coming out of the kitchen this week. 🥹

A little Odin&Co behind-the-scenes update! 🥖💚

I completed the Food Handler course through NALI and passed the assessment! 🎉

Even though I’m a tiny cottage/microbakery, I never want to stop learning and improving what I do. I want to hold myself to the best standards I can when it comes to food safety, sanitation, handling, and all the little details that go into what I do.

A little certificate for me, and hopefully a little extra confidence for you when you’re grabbing that loaf of sourdough or one of my cookies. 🥖🍪💚

Always learning, always improving, and always trying to make Odin&Co better. 🫶🏼

As you may be able to tell from this video it’s important for you to hop on our text list to know when things drop so you can snag those goodies! 😂😂😂

We had a big preorder week this week (blessed for that!) so the stand has a few less options in some categories, but there are still plenty of items and bread to choose from to get your weekend going!

Also don’t forget to go look back at my bread storage post I did recently to help you preserve your preservative free goodies better!

I’m super excited to be debuting a few more fall flavors! Please comment on this post what fall flavors and items you’d like to see STAY and which ones you’d like to just see!

If you are hesitant to purchase a loaf of bread because it’s just you and you can’t eat it all in a few days, or have experienced a loaf going bad here’s what you need to do!

Fresh, small batch baked sourdough doesn’t contain any preservatives like store bought bread so it’s important to store it properly! If you can’t finish your bread within a few days of purchasing pop that bread in the freezer so it won’t go bad!

Then when you’re ready to have a slice you can pull one out, pop it in the toaster or oven and you are good to go!

✨ THE WEEKLY MENU IS HERE! ✨

And preorders are officially OPEN for the week! 🫶

I put a lot of thought into these menus — dreaming up flavors, testing things, tweaking recipes, changing my mind approximately 14 times 😂 and finally deciding what feels right for the week. It really is one of my favorite parts of doing this and everything is thoughtfully curated and baked by me.

Because I bake heavily based on preorder numbers, preordering is the best way to make sure you get exactly what you’re wanting! Once those orders are filled, I’ll know what I have available to bring as extras to the stand on Saturday and Sunday. 💛

Happy Sunday! You guys were amazing yesterday and almost cleaned us out! Wow thank you for the support!

We still have some fresh bagels, freshly baked cinnamon rolls, fresh baked sourdough cookies, gluten friendly cookies, croutons for the uh-oh salads (or snacking haha) and blind date with a books and accessories stocked at the Farmstand today!

Friends! It may be doom and gloom outside but it’s not raining! So come get yourself some goodies and have them for your weekend/week!

Also please excuse the raggedy looking canopy cover out there. 😂🫣 We got to sell some bread so we can get that fixed (and hint it’s going to be such a fun color next!)
