Such a sweet little construction cake for a 4th birthday 🚚🚜 The trucks and clouds around the cake are all lovingly handcrafted out of fondant with some yummy Choco rock piles. 🪨 Inside is a delicious marble cake with chocolate and vanilla mousse swirled between the layers.

Life since October has been a bit crazy around here so I’m very behind on my posts. 😂 We took a trip to England over Christmas and have been readjusting to life here since.
1. Narwhal cake for my 4 year old.
2. Zoo Cake with an emphasis on Tigers.
3. Snowman cake (made in England with nothing but a piping bag and a butter knife 😂).

Inside the cake is my classic vanilla cookie butter cake. Half of the cupcakes are chocolate with Oreo filling and half are red velvet with a cheesecake mousse filling.
