Right now they are ripening, which can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. I’ll make batches of pie filling as the peaches are ready. I have many happy customers this week after the first round of Peach Pies went out. We totally failed at pacing ourselves with this Brown Sugar Peach Pie at home. It’s almost gone. Worth it!
