How do I explain this amazing bread? It’s our version of pumpernickel; named after my daughter-in-law, Ieva. She’s from Lithuania and missed the bread there. Come in and try some for yourself!
Nature’s Start Bread Company is located at 4935 Centennial Blvd, just North of Garden of the Gods Road. We’re open 7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm Saturday.

Are you looking for quality baked breads and pastries like grandma made? We have fresh baked pies, cakes, scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and real sourdough breads. You can pick up some sweet kolaches and savory Texas kolaches too! We’re starting our sandwich menu this week with turkey and ham sandwiches on sourdough bread and grilled paninis with apples and gouda!
Our all organic coffee menu is growing, with delicious house-made syrups and fresh roasted coffee from coloradocoffeemerchants
We’re open Monday through Friday 7:00am until 4:00pm and Saturday 8:00am -2:00pm
