Dont be afraid to ask for their home food processor license if the items requires it.

IOWA cottage food laws dont require a license for shelf stable items

To sell dairy items. Like cheesecakes, cream cheese frosting and other items. You are required go have a license and their license number should be on the psckaging.

I am in process of getting mine. I've been buy with work and what not.

Yesterday started as a struggle bus day. Got to the event. My brand new tent is just opened. The frame was broken. Luckily I took my backup tent.
Too windy to plug in my chocolate fountains. And hang up my sides.
The wheels on my rolling shelves were stuck. I needed to take then off.
But luckily the struggle lifted. And it was a great day. Met new vendors and got some amazing coffee!
What a gorgeous day and wonderful event!
