This is my take on a classic strawberry shortcake. A light delicate angel food cake, topped with vanilla bean whipped cream, and juicy strawberries! Everything is made fresh, 100% from scratch! 🍓

I’d like recognize my parents and my entire family for all of their help! Whether it’s washing dishes, throwing on gloves and packaging, running the cash register, or just supporting me. They go above and beyond to help me, and I couldn’t be more grateful! My parents and sisters jump right in to help without being asked, I am truly blessed!❤️🍞

Thank you SO much to everyone who came in today! We had a huge line out of the door this morning! I will be closing at 1pm today as I am nearly sold out, and to prepare for tomorrow! I will be open tomorrow at 7am with pasties, danishes, breads, and treats. I will post tomorrow’s menu this evening.

Thank you to everyone who came out and got cinnamon rolls and other goodies today! I am so grateful for the support!

My mind is continually blown as I make more each Saturday, and it all sells! Today I made around 230 cinnamon rolls, 40 loaves of assorted breads, 3 sheet cakes, and garlic cheddar rolls!!

I will have the following available tomorrow:

Good morning! It was a long night of prepping cinnamon rolls! I made so many that I am running out of oven space. I will have 1 batch done at 7 when we open. The next batch will not be done until 8am, I’m sorry for the inconvenience, I am making as many as I can!

I’ve got lots of yummy treats available today!

- Breakfast Pasties
- A buttery, flaky crust filled with sausage, potatoes, eggs, onions, and cheddar cheese.

- Apple Cream Danishes
- A soft bun filled with vanilla bean cream filling, topped with homemade stewed cinnamon apples and crisp streusel.

- Carmelita Bars
- A butter oatmeal cookie bar filled with a layer of dark chocolate and homemade caramel. These are incredibly rich and butter!

- Sugar Cookie Bars
- A tender sugar cookie topped with buttercream frosting and dye-free patriotic sprinkles!

- Braided Sweet Bread
- A tender brioche style bread perfect for making french toast, or just eating on its own!
