One of the last things I do before a loaf is finished is check its internal temperature.

A fully baked loaf should reach around 205-210°F, helping ensure the perfect texture and crumb inside.

As much as I love bake day, I’m already looking ahead to the next one 👀

Just a reminder that there will be no bread drop on 6/6, and the next pickup will be Saturday 6/13. To give everyone plenty of time to order, that menu opens today!
