It sure has been hot, hasn't it? Luckily I was able to bake really early in the morning to beat the heat.

A customized Carvel ice cream cake for my husband's birthday. I re-iced the cake with Cool Whip, added some black and yellow sprinkles to represent space and stars, had some star candles, and added a fondant Millennium Falcon topper. The best part was he lit the candles with his lightsaber lighter!
