It saddens me to make this post, but unfortunately Simpl3 sweets is no longer located in Texas. I need to learn more about cottage food laws, but I hope to restart my business in North Carolina. Cottage food law prohibits selling across state lines, however I will continue to post, acting as a food blog of sorts until Simpl3 Sweets is able to reopen.
