I learned a lot today! I can no longer sell anything edible I bake in my home. Plaistow is what’s called a self inspecting town in NH one out of 12 in the state that does not allow you to cook for profit out of your home. There is no license, permit or inspection to be had. It’s a no. So my options are, move to another town, OR bake in a commissary kitchen were your required to start an LLC, Serv Safe certification etc. and to the tune of about 25.00 an hour for space rental.
I think it might be cheaper to move to a different town! 😂 my hobby will have to wait till I can figure this out if possible. Much sugary love to all 🍪❤️
