Congratulations to the amazing couple!
This has to be my favorite kind of wedding to do, one with so many little desserts that you can choose from and enjoy. I am so grateful to chef 360 for letting me use her platters and to the mother of the bride that supplied some of the most beautiful linens that were very helpful to the ending presentation on that gorgeous cart.

Every single time life gets hard and I think that I can't do this work anymore I see what I can do and I just can't quit.
I also want to give a shout and a big thanks to my neighbor Karren Eyrich for helping me with daily tasks and rolling some cookie dough for me.
Being your neighbor is the sweetest part of my job.

Hey, Y'all ! You ready for FALL?!
MEEEEE TOOOOOO, SO SELL ME OUT OF PREVIOUS FLAVORS!

I've refilled the mini fridge with the remaining fresh inventory from this lineup! There are still a few Banana Pudding Cakes, Chocolate Caramel Cakes, Biscoff Cookie Butter Cakes, and other goodies hanging around—but once they're gone, they're gone.

There will NOT be an immediate restock this week because your girl has a very large wedding order taking up approximately 147% of my brain and kitchen. 😂

But once I survive that, we're going FULL FALL.

🍫 DEATH BY CHOCOLATE — $7
This ho is the same price as my other cake slices, but man, are you getting a deal. Thick, rich, fudgy-ass chocolate cake filled and topped with my classic whipped fudge icing.

There is no reprieve.

This cake does not come with milk, but it strongly warrants a glass.

🎃 OH MY GOURD CAKE IS BACK!
That's right. You heard it here.

I figured out a way to give you what you want: pumpkin flour, ladies and gentlemen, has entered the chat and saved the day. Oh My Gourd is officially returning for October.

Apple c***r cake with pieces of apple baked right inside and finished with CARAMEL BUTTERCREAM AND a buttery streusel crumble topping

And because apparently we're incapable of behaving ourselves:

🎃 BROWN BUTTER PUMPKIN SNICKERDOODLE COOKIE SANDWICH — $6
She's replacing the current chocolate-chip cookie sandwich for the fall lineup.

There may eventually be a fourth cake flavor, but I'm not making promises to anybody until I make it through this wedding. 😂

For now: grab what's left in the Westside Market fridge while it's there. Once the current cakes are gone, they're gone—and then I'll see you on the other side with ALL. THE. FALL. THINGS. 🍂

This was just a couple of extra layers and the rest of the icing I didn't want to throw out! So I hastily threw together this little leftover cake for my neighbor!

Alright y'all the lineup is about to hit the fridge!

Making an amazing come back by popular demand is this...
Biscoff Cookie Butter cake! Incredibly smooth and completely decadent in its flavor complexities this cake never disappoints. Topped with melted cookie butter and a whole cookie!

Next up we have a Dolly Parton tribute in the form of Banana Pudding Cake. Rich and lovely the flavor reaches every part of this cake. The icing itself tastes like a mixture of melted ice cream and pudding. Topped with crushed vanilla wafers and dried banana pieces for extra texture with this sweetness. No need to work 9 to 5 to earn this slice.

Our next contender is the Spiced Cinnamon Churro Cake slice. I soak Cinnamon toast crunch cereal in milk overnight and strain out the cereal to create this flavor stack. You can really taste the depth of all the cinnamon hiding in the layer. With warm vanilla notes and delicious cinnamon cereal topping this slice you get a creamy and crunchy satisfaction.

The next cake flavor selection is Chocolate Caramel Cake. My incredible chocolate cake that's moist and incredibly decadent is topped with a caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and drizzled with caramel and chocolate fudge. This incredible combination only needs a spoon and a nice glass of milk.

And of course I would like to show you what happens sometimes when working at Comfort and Joy.

The last item is my Dubai chocolate brownie- now normally she would look a little bit more neat but my fudge icing was super gooey and instead of stopping I just let it roll.

This is a prime opportunity to purchase these incredible brownies with the extra fudge icing along the sides. I promise you this hot mess of a delicious dessert will not disappoint.
Let me remind you that I grind my own pistachios to make my pistachio butter. I toast off Kataifi and add tahini and local honey to create this topping in a ratio that only I know. It is then generously heaped on top of one of my incredible fudge brownies with a ring of Rich decadent gooey fudge icing.

You need to go ahead and reach out to me and place your orders and I will put them aside in the fridge here at headquarters or you can pick up any of these items at West side market later today and through the rest of the month.

I will also be making an appearance at West side market this weekend to sell and spread this Joy wherever I can!

3 chocolate cake layers, fudge icing and generous Dubai filling ( homemade pistachio butter, tahini, toasted kataifi, and local honey) - between each layer and finished on top.

6 inch cakes are $50
8 inch cakes are $75
