Cheesecakes are so temperamental. They crack, they need complete consistency in mixing, thickness, and baking temperature or they are just terrible! Well, life is like a cheesecake, it takes years of trial and error to get it right! I am a self taught home cook/baker, no professional training or schooling, who has spent years perfecting my recipes and I know my cheesecakes look and taste like what

a cheesecake should be! I use the best quality ingredients (no short cuts here) to make the best tasting, and creamiest cheesecake!! I make a variety of flavors, sizes, and even can make cupcakes for you! If you have a special flavor or size you would like me to make for you, just let me do the baking!
