It's been a while since I've posted. Life has been busy with kids, work a wedding and college. This spring I'm starting my jams and jellies a bit more.

Dandelion for the start. I'll have plain dandelion available, blackberry dandelion and this year I'm going to try a hot dandelion jelly. They will be $8 a jar.

Jar openers

Ever wish you had more than one laying around or can't find one when you need it?

These are made with cotton on one side and rubber grippy material on the other. This size works great for all jars or even opening a bottle of pop.

And they can be thrown in the washer when dirty. Just hang to dry.

A couple more jams made today and cowboy candy.

I've also tried what I'm calling Cowgirl Candy - candied sweet peppers and onions. I'm excited to try it. I don't like a lot of heat so this is a great option for me.

I will be set up at the Dandelion Festival at Breitenbach Winery next week. Stop by and see me.

*NEW* Wild Violet Jelly - my daughter loved it.

I'll be at the Dandelion Festival @ Breitenbach Winery with all your favorite jams and jellies just in time for Mother's Day. Include a hot/cold rice pack right along with that.

As always will be available at Ohio Collective later this weekend.
