My first wedding cake! 🍰🎉 three tiers of painted sponges and a weekend of nerves but overall so much fun to create ❤️ bottom tier is a victoria sponge with strawberry jam, middle is lemon sponge with lemon curd and top is chocolate fudge with biscoff filling!!

A coffee and walnut cake that is soya, dairy and gluten free! ☺ took a few attempts to get the sponge and buttercream perfect but after tweaking the recipe I finally got there 👌❤
