Nailed it this time—this lemon blueberry sourdough might be the best loaf I've ever pulled from the oven. The crust has that perfect crackle, and the crumb is open and tender with bursts of blueberry throughout. Nothing beats the satisfaction of seeing a bake come together exactly how you hoped it would.

Update on Content Strategy

After launching this business account to expand my reach and share pics of bread and pasta, I've discovered some limitations with Facebook's business model that impact organic visibility. The platform prioritizes paid promotion over organic reach, which doesn't align with my current goals.

My personal account continues to generate significantly higher engagement and offers greater flexibility with content features, including unrestricted music integration for Instagram posts.

Moving forward, I'll be cross-posting content from my personal account while maintaining this professional presence. All giveaways and major announcements will continue here as planned, but individual posts may not all show here. What can I say... I have a lot going on and may miss a few.

🍑✨ When summer meets sourdough magic ✨🧀
Fresh peaches, creamy goat cheese, and a whisper of black pepper walked into my kitchen and said "make us into bread." So naturally, I obliged!

This beauty just came out of the oven and the struggle to resist cutting into it right away to get the crumb shot is real 😩. But honestly? The aroma alone is telling me this flavor combo is about to be absolutely "chef's kiss".

There's something so satisfying about watching simple ingredients transform into something this gorgeous. The contrast of sweet summer peaches against that tangy goat cheese, with just enough black pepper to keep things interesting... I might have outdone myself this time 👀

News Flash: Biggie just became a flavor wizard! 🧙‍♂️✨ What started as a "let's see what happens" experiment with smoked paprika, roasted red peppers, and manchego cheese has officially blown my mind (and taste buds). Just made some gorgeous Spizzulus from scratch! 🍝✨ This rare Sardinian pasta shape hails from the tiny town of Orroli in southern Sardinia, and the name literally means "to pinch" in the local dialect - referring to how you seal the ridged dough strips by pinching the ends together into these beautiful loops! 🤏 Traditionally made with just semolina flour and water (and sometimes Sardinian Cannonau wine), each piece is hand-rolled with a gnocchi board and butter knife to create those perfect sauce-catching ridges before being pinched into rings. 🇮🇹

There's something so meditative about the ancient technique of forming these by hand - the ridges are created by rolling the dough across a ridged board, then the magic happens when you fold and pinch the ends together! 🙌 This pasta shape is typically reserved for special occasions and festive meals in Sardinia, making tonight feel extra special! 💫✨ So, have you ever tried making traditional pasta shapes from scratch? Okay, okay... I know I've been MIA for almost two weeks! 🙈 But when life gets crusty, sometimes you just need to knead your way back to happiness!
Yesterday was FULL baking mode to make up for my absence:

2 classic sourdough loaves (because one is never enough)
1 jalapeño cheddar sourdough (spicy & cheesy perfection 🌶️🧀)
