As time grows and hopefully for our little bakery as well, I’ve implemented an official bakery policy to help ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

These policies outline important information regarding ordering, deposits, payments, cancellations, pickups, and allergy disclosures. Having clear guidelines allows me to better serve my customers while protecting the time, planning, and care that goes into every handmade order.

I truly appreciate each and every one of you for supporting my small business. My goal is always to create beautiful, delicious treats while providing excellent customer service. These policies simply help keep everything organized and fair for both my customers and my bakery.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and trust in Three Boys and Buttercream Cookie Co. 💙

Please take a moment to review the bakery policies before placing your next order. If you have any questions, I’m always happy to help!
