I have been testing for the yogurt strain that I want to provide, and I've finally found it. I will now be providing Bulgarian yogurt made with goat's milk. It's perfectly sweet and a bit tangy. No sweetener or fruit required, only if desired!

Downsizing the herd. Nigerian dwarf buck, ND/Mini Lamancha buckling, 2 mini lamancha does in milk, 1 mini lamancha doeling, Nigerian dwarf doe (registered ADGA). DM for details.
