This one is absolutely scrumptious! It is filled with sprinkles and delicious frosted animal cookies! Topped with a white chocolate ganache and homemade whipped cream 😍
I will admit and say I’m disappointed. I wanted to bring more for you to try and let’s say it’s been a lot of trial and error and I didn’t have a win on my other creation 🥹 but hopefully next week I can have it for you all! The hint for the other one is that it is also another cookie cheesecake 👀🎄☃️

I am beyond pleased with how yummy and pretty this came out! It is a fusion of a delicious homemade Granny Smith apple pie, and cinnamon cheesecake baked over a graham cracker crust! Topped with a caramel drizzle! It is to “pie” for! 😍

Tres leches cheesecake! 🍰🍓🍑
Bottom layer is a traditional delicious tres leches cake, made from scratch. Middle layer is homemade whipped cream with yummy strawberries and peaches. Top layer is my signature cheesecake with no crust. Toppings are more yummy whipped cream, peaches and strawberries with glaze.
I am beyond excited for all of you to try this! It is absolutely delicious! I love incorporating my Mexican roots into my pastries! This one is not only super yummy, but holds special memories for me when celebrating birthdays with my family. I’m hoping you all love this one as much as I do, and it can bring some of those memories back for you also when you try it. ❤️

It’s wild to think back and realize that, about three years ago, we were heading to the SBDC with a rough draft of our business plan and a pitch to open a drive-thru only coffee kiosk.
It has been a long, hard journey (we don’t have deep pockets like the corporate giants you see going up so fast everywhere). We risked literally everything, fought through a quarantine, a pandemic, and endless bureaucracy, and in February we opened our windows to the public. The support y’all have shown the past 7+ months is humbling, and it has made every bit of that struggle and suffering worth it.
We’ve made friends with regulars; we pray with folks going through struggles; we laugh and share stories… we’ve found that coffee is so much more than just that black juice that wakes us up: it’s a conversation, it’s a treat, it’s a gift, it’s a friendly smile on a bad day…. It’s a connection, and we have been so thankful we get to experience it with y’all 🤗
It’s funny: all of this basically started because Carley wanted a good Vanilla Latte so bad that she said yes to my hair-brained idea of starting a business. Tomorrow, she and I will say a prayer of thanks for everything we’ve been through and celebrate with a cup of that fateful Vanilla Latte from our shop on national coffee day. Come join us and try the drink that started it all ☕️😂
