Day 2: Avolea Village was a bust and sad to see a burger joint in the old church. Saw Anne and Gilbert play which was amazing! Also went to Seacow Head Lighthouse which was beautiful.

Day 2 noms! Best dinner so far. The fish and chips were incredible!

Made lemon trifles for my friend's birthday. Lemon cake, lemon curd, lemon cheesecake, lemon whipped cream and topped with candied lemons. Also made a lemoney cake because I had extra cake. Sooooo tart and delicious.
