At Baked with love on the Ranch -
It’s been a minute since I baked a sourdough loaf… 24 days to be exact. 😳 Have I missed it? Ummm… ABSOLUTELY. 🍞❤️

A couple of days ago I pulled DoughVer out of her little vacation, gave her some love, fed her, and waited to see if she still had it.
Well… she does. 😂🙌🏼

To all my loyal customers who have been patiently waiting — I’m not ready to start baking again just yet. But hang tight… I’ll be back soon. I promise.

For now, DoughVer and I are just getting reacquainted. She’s clearly ready before I am. 🤣 See you all soon ❤️🥖 thnx for your patience!

The next couple of weeks are going to be extra busy, so I won’t be accepting any orders during that time. Don’t worry—Baked with Love on the Ranch isn’t going anywhere! I’m looking forward to getting back into the kitchen and baking for you all very soon. 🍞

Up bright and early on this Saturday morning! ☀️🥖
I don’t typically bake on Saturdays, but when Nancy has a fundraiser and wants my bread for a silent auction item… well, you know I’m getting up early! 😴😂
Today’s lineup for the fundraiser :
✨ A Classic
✨ A flight of Classic, Italian Parmesan & Cinnamon Sugar
✨ 2 dozen Scones
And because Dino is spoiled 😜🥰… I also made a batch of Cinnamon Sugar rolls for him. ❤️

The week started a little slow, but it sure ended with a BANG! 💥🍞

Today brought the usual Classic for my regular Anna, but this week she added the sourdough muffin pan rolls! 🥖✨

I also baked a couple of ½ loaves for the house, and Dino and I nearly polished off an entire one as an after-work snack. 😂 Apparently, we needed to make sure they were good! 😉

Tomorrow is another busy baking day, and I’m ready for it! ❤️

It’s finally Friday! 🙌🏼 And what better way to wrap up the week than with some sourdough goodness. 🤎

My weekly girl Anna got her classic loaf, and we had a return customer who’s been gone for a minute come back and give the viral muffin pan sourdough rolls a try! 👀🥖

I can’t wait to hear what she thinks! And honestly… these rolls may be becoming a thing around here. 😉✨

A classic sourdough for Michelle—and of course, she couldn’t resist her favorite Apricot White Chocolate scones. 🥰

And one of my regulars decided to try something new this week! Heldar and Dorisa are giving the new viral muffin-pan sourdough rolls a try. I can’t wait to hear what they think! 🥖✨

Perfectly shaped, perfectly sized sourdough muffin pan rolls. The kind that fit just right in my hand… and I’m pretty sure they’d fit just right in yours, too. 😉

Today, Terri made her return after being gone for a little while, and she went with the muffin pan rolls. So happy to have a returning customer back in the kitchen! ❤️

And Nobelia opted for some of my famous apricot white chocolate scones—always a good choice. 🤤

Apparently, the sourdough world has a new obsession… muffin pan sourdough rolls! 😂
Michelle recently sent me the viral video, and of course, I had to try them today. Because if I see a sourdough trend, I have to test it. 😉
OMG Great success! 🙌🏼 They were soft, fluffy, golden, and SO yummy!
They’re not currently on the menu at Baked with Love on the Ranch, but if you’ve been wanting to try them, I’m definitely willing to make them! Just send me a message and we’ll make it happen. ❤️🍞

Wrapping up the week with a little bread-making magic in the kitchen! 🍞✨

Today’s lineup included a Cinnamon Sugar loaf and a Sandwich loaf for Julia, plus a Classic loaf for Anna. ❤️

There’s just something about a kitchen full of freshly baked bread that makes the end of the week even sweeter. 🤎
