Mini Cream puffs! Otherwise known as eclairs but MINI! These made with a pat a choux dough and are filled with a homemade pastry cream then dipped in a decadent chocolate ganache. I offer these in chocolate and vanilla. The sizes available for the cream puff style are mini and full palm size. And eclair long style 2 1/2” or full size 4”. These are great for a sweet treat but aren’t too sweet 🙌🏼😊
