Throughout this journey of running an online vegan bakery, we've struggled to find relevant information for opening a bakery storefront (brick & mortar)...like yes, we have officially graduated from Google University, read multiple books, asked around and also found a couple of channels that mentioned it, but the channels either didn't go indepth enough, didn't look like us and/or didn't have relatable backgrounds...so we wanted to document our story. As is. The good, the bad, the ugly and the great. Not only to help other entrepreneurs who are looking to do the same, but also for our loyal customers who have been with us from day one. We want to be open and transparent about who we are, what we do and the hard work that goes behind our vegan bakery operation...because honestly, it's not a piece of cake...but we love it nonetheless.
