Wowee... the love and support I'm receiving on my upcoming bakery~cafe has totally put me in shock! Great things are happening.. An update on Peggy Sue's Bakery~ Café... Rocky has been an amazing wealth of help and wisdom teaching me all of the ropes. He will be staying on to help me! Together, we have decided to open the café as it has been running...just for now, and only Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's from 11 to 7. This will allow me to get introduced to the café and grow from there. Mon. Tues. and Wed.'s for the next few weeks will give time to transition slowly into the bakery, do interior design, and breakfast... I am so very excited to start this new chapter of life, and we do hope to see you all soon!!! Thank you all so very much!!!

Our two years in Troy were spent creating some great memories and relationships. Now has come the time to start a new chapter in life,it is bittersweet, but we are so happy for Peggy Seppala who will be opening Peggy Sue's Bakery and Cafe we ask you to join us in wishing her all the best as she starts her business. She will serve fresh, only from scratch, breakfast, lunch and bakery. She will also be catering and making nissu, pasties, cakes, breads, fresh buns for burgers and much more! We want to thank you all for your support you have shown us - Rocky with Annie and Simone

Our ice cream is in! This year's flavors are vanilla, chocolate, coffee, wild blueberry, mint chocolate chip, moose tracks, strawberry, black raspberry, campfire smores and sweet & salty pretzel! Our picnic tables are out and umbrellas are up enjoy this spring weather at Central Square Cafe
