The beginnings of change are anything but simple. Another season of growth has begun and this one keeps me from my phone, which is not a terrible thing. 🌱🌻

No worries. I’m still here; Still baking. I’m just not as present on here. 🙃 The garden has become my sanctuary and I am so proud of the progress I have made this spring. ❤️

Do you make your own broth? It has been the easiest thing to do to help curb grocery necessities and add so much flavor and nutrients to the food I serve. Rice? Cook it in broth. Pasta? Cook it in broth. Need water for a supper recipe? Use broth instead. Game changer!

As I’m gearing up for my next vendor show, I couldn’t help but experiment a little bit. 😆 Crazy how delicious it turned out! This is blackberry muffin bread!
I’ll be attending the Spring Vendor show at St. John’s UCC in Fairmont. I plan to focus more on sweet treats and dinner rolls this time. I will also have gluten free options available.
