I love opening the lids to the Dutch ovens and seeing how my loads have grown! I call this the teenager stage in the sourdough process because they’ve expanded to their full size, but they still have a while longer to bake until they’re actually done 😆 there’s still time to order for Friday or Tuesday pick up!
