My name is Nicole (Di Carlo) Danz and I've created Nicolie's Cannoli in hopes of providing a delicious Italian dessert for sweets lovers everywhere.

Growing up in a Italian family, the cannoli dessert has always been popular. My nonna and zia taught me how to make them while my mom also made them and sold them out of our family pizza place. I've learned from my grandmother and my mom on how to make these yummy little treats and have been making traditional style cannoli since I was young. My husband and my son have inspired me to take on a hob

by which I love. With their love and support, I would like to invite you to try our cannoli. Cannoli are different than cookies, brownies, and cakes and make a great dessert to have for parties, small get togethers, or just because :). Please consider Nicolie's Cannoli the next time you are in the mood for something sweet :)

It was always an exciting time in my house when my Nonna Anna would come over with a fresh plate of homemade cannoli. This classic Italian dessert holds so many childhood memories for me. Freshman year of high school, I woke up on Christmas morning to learn that Nonna passed away. She struggled with her health after suffering from a stroke. She lived across the street from us and we were always close. I miss her. Sometime after her passing, my great aunt (her sister) gave me my nonna’s cannoli recipe. I was her first grand child and first granddaughter. It’s an honor to have and It’s one thing that I really cherish. It’s been about 5 years now that I’ve been making her cannoli for catering. I wish she was here so I could tell her that thousands of people have eaten her cannoli. I know she’s proud. Yesterday I got to make them for my little sisters bridal shower. In a small way it’s like she was there. Thanks for following along on this cannoli journey! 🥰
