The making of homemade cinnamon rolls! 🤎✨

It all starts with soft, freshly made dough, rolled out and covered with a generous layer of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Then comes the fun part—rolling it up, slicing each swirl, and placing them in the pan to rise.

Every batch is made from scratch with care, and the reward is warm, fluffy cinnamon rolls with those perfect cinnamon swirls. The smell while they’re baking is just a bonus! 😍

➡️ Photo 1: Pre-shape — after bulk fermentation, the dough is gently divided and shaped into loose rounds to rest.

➡️ Photo 2: Final shape — each loaf is tightened and shaped to build strength and create that beautiful oven spring.

➡️ Photo 3: Scored and ready for the oven! One final touch before the magic happens.

Every loaf is handcrafted from start to finish with patience, care, and plenty of time. It’s one of my favorite parts of the sourdough process—watching simple ingredients transform into something amazing.
