✨ The lady behind the sweet treats ✨

Hi friends—especially to all my new followers! I thought it was time for a little reintroduction 💕

I’m Misty Patel, born and raised right here in Kansas. I’m a proud wife, daughter, and friend to some truly amazing people who mean the world to me.

By day, I serve my community as a mortician—a role I deeply cherish. Being able to support families during some of the hardest moments of their lives is something that brings purpose and meaning to my life in ways that are hard to put into words ❤️

Outside of my profession, I’m passionate about giving back. I’m honored to serve as a committee member for the Lemon Aid Program of Kansas and as a board member for the Shawnee County Su***de Prevention Coalition. Both organizations are close to my heart and focus on su***de prevention and community outreach. I enjoy giving back to my community in purposeful ways.

When I’m not working or volunteering, you can usually find me reading, adding just one more plant to my collection 🌿, or doing a little too much Amazon shopping 😅

This sweet treats business started as a creative outlet—and quickly turned into something I truly love. After long days, I find so much peace in the kitchen creating fun, beautiful desserts to share with all of you.

Yesterday I had the honor of dropping off over $300 worth of donated kitchen supplies to the Ronald McDonald House of Northeast Kansas ❤️

When I arrived, they shared how much these items were truly needed, and seeing their genuine excitement meant everything. It’s such a blessing to be able to give back to a place that does so much for families during incredibly difficult times.

Thank you to everyone who supports me and my small business—you’re a part of moments like this too. Because of you, I’m able to pour back into our community in meaningful ways.
