Heather, head baker, is a stay-at-home Mom to 3 wonderful children and wife to a hard-working, fun loving man of God. We began making cookie cakes for various functions and activities and were always pleased when the huge cookies brought smiles to everyone's faces! Soon friends and family started requesting the gigantic cookies and Giganticookies was born. Giganticookies are deep dish cookie-cakes

that measure 9 inches in diameter and over an inch and a half thick! With endless possibilities of flavors and combinations, there is a Giganticookie for everyone! Bring Giganticookies to your next family gathering, friends get together, or work function and watch the smiles appear! It's the new flavor! Cappuccino Giganticookie!
I am not a coffee drinker,( *gasp*, I know), but I actually love this flavor with the white chocolate chips in it. I asked some coffee drinkers to try the cookie out and here were the results: "good flavor," "just enough sweetness," "no frosting needed!"

Chocolate Almond Coconut Giganticookie: Chocolate coconut cookie full of dark and milk chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and chopped almonds.
Overloaded version is covered with chocolate ganache, topped with toasted coconut, slivered almonds, chocolate chips and drizzled with chocolate sauce. Soooo gooood!
