Ingredients: 6oz shredded cheese (preferably sharp/extra sharp cheddar)2oz melted butter (cooled)1 cup (200g) sourdough discard1/4 tsp fine sea salt Directions: Preheat oven to 350°Melt 2 tbsp of butter and then place in fridge to cool it down while you shred cheeseShred 6oz of sharp cheddar and add it to your bowl Add 1 cup of sourdough discard to your bowlAdd 1/4 tsp fine sea salt Take melted butter out of fridge and add to the bowlMix until incorporated Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour mixture onto baking sheet. Pro tip: crumble up your parchment paper so it keeps a flat shape and doesn’t curl up on you. Spread into thin layer and put in 350° oven for about 10 minutesTake out and use pizza cutter to cut into little squares and poke holes in center. I used the end of a small paintbrush since a toothpick is too thin. Place back into oven for about 20 mins until crispy and starting to brownRemove from oven and sprinkle with flakey salt and let coolEat them all in one sitting or store in an air tight container I don’t care what you do at your house. Enjoy. 🙃
