Viral Dot cake

I love a good celebration cake. When I was growing up it was cortadillo aka (dot cake) a beloved pan dulce. I still remember sharing a slice of this now viral dot cake years ago with my mom who always came home on Friday with a yummy slice of pink cake with sprinkles on top. It’s one of those cakes that instantly feels familiar and comforting.

The bright pink frosting, and sprinkles along with a hot cup of coffee evokes childhood memories of family gatherings and simple joyful moments. So when you need a cake that will brighten just about any day, and be just as delicious as it is beautiful, cortadillo will never disappoint.

I hope my traditional take to the viral dot cake will also create sweet memories with your loved ones! I hope you stop by and Enjoy one yourself.😉

Every time I create cookies, I create them with the intention to connect with my customers. I want the cookies to bring joy, create memories, remember special moments in life, or take you back to a childhood memory that brings a smile to your face. However, I truly hadn’t experienced it for myself until this order came tru my dm. As I sat there pipping the word Cancer and then pipping the red strike tru I couldn’t help but to remember my sister. How i wish we could have did the same, cross out cancer for you. Not only did I remember her but I felt all the love I still have stored for her in my heart. I miss her dearly every day. To MD Anderson in the woodlands it was an honor to create these for employee appreciation week. Thank you for all you do and all the help to cure cancer. 5 years ago when this cookie journey started I never imagined they would reach so far. I have met so many amazing people along the way. ♥️
