📣I need your help!📣

Hi everyone, sorry to hit you with the corporate speak, but “due to unforeseen circumstances” I’ll be leaving my current commercial kitchen sooner than expected, which means this is the perfect time to share something I’ve been sitting on: I’m actively looking for my own space!✨🎊📣

Every week at the farmers market many of you ask me if I have a storefront or if I am looking for one, and the answer is YES! And I’m working on it.

Ideally I’m looking for something with a small front of house and a solid kitchen in the back, think donut shop or neighborhood pizzeria layout. A production-only space works too.

I’m back from vacation and it’s almost Father’s Day!! And you know what dads like the most? BURGERS 🍔!! (probably, I don’t know, my dad is from Spain and he eats 95% fish)

From this Saturday until July 4th, I will be selling milk bread burger buns at the farmers market.

🍔8-Pack for $10🍔
Available with or without white sesame seeds!

Slow fermented dough enriched with milk, butter and eggs to take your already amazing burger to the next level 🫡 And if you doubt me, take a look at the last picture and tell me that burger isn’t AT LEAST a 7/10.

Hi everyone!!

Reminder that I won’t be at the farmers market this Saturday (or the next) because I will be in a car on my way to ✨DisneyWorld✨!!

(I am silently screeching in excitement as I type this)

However !!! since I have time before we leave and no baking to do, I decided to put my creative energy towards other things.

So here is our brand new logo🎊📣🤩
It’s fully drawn by me (🚫F**K AI🚫) and I think I am quite happy with it, what do you guys think?

And since I don’t know how to relax, I am also working on multiple merch designs. Shirts, hats, totes… the sky is the limit BUT I will be making a separate post with a poll for that, so keep your eyes peeled 💖

Just a heads up that this will be my last Saturday at the Farmers Market before I go on vacation!!

I will be gone Saturday 6th and 13th for a well deserved break😌✨ I say break but ya girl is going to Disneyworld so I will probably end up with more steps a day than I do now lol (worth it~~)

Besides all of the usual suspects, I will have Portuguese custard tarts (Pasteis de Nata🎊🤤) and mango coconut danishes this Saturday!
