Hello my kings, queens, and in betweens~
I started production this weekend and I am once again aiming to increase the amount of pastries (somehow) that I will be bringing to the farmers market this Saturday! I am cautiously hopeful that I will survive.
I also wanted to say, once again, THANK YOU. Last weekend we sold out, BUT this time in 3 hours instead of 2, since I managed to bring almost double what I brought on week 1.
You guys are honestly awesome and I hope you know how much of a difference it makes for me and my ✨dreams✨ that you decided to show up early in the morning to try my pastries :)
Also also, I’m so happy that the Spanish kouign-amann (Kouign-amann rolled in cinnamon sugar and filled with dulce de leche) was so well received!! For those who don’t know, kouign-amann means butter cake in French and it’s made from croissant dough laminated with sugar. Mega delicious, 10/10 would recommend. I will have plenty more Spanish and regular ones this Saturday 🫡
