Just a heads up that this will be my last Saturday at the Farmers Market before I go on vacation!!

I will be gone Saturday 6th and 13th for a well deserved break😌✨ I say break but ya girl is going to Disneyworld so I will probably end up with more steps a day than I do now lol (worth it~~)

Besides all of the usual suspects, I will have Portuguese custard tarts (Pasteis de Nata🎊🤤) and mango coconut danishes this Saturday!

Hello my kings, queens, and in betweens~
I started production this weekend and I am once again aiming to increase the amount of pastries (somehow) that I will be bringing to the farmers market this Saturday! I am cautiously hopeful that I will survive.

I also wanted to say, once again, THANK YOU. Last weekend we sold out, BUT this time in 3 hours instead of 2, since I managed to bring almost double what I brought on week 1.

You guys are honestly awesome and I hope you know how much of a difference it makes for me and my ✨dreams✨ that you decided to show up early in the morning to try my pastries :)

Also also, I’m so happy that the Spanish kouign-amann (Kouign-amann rolled in cinnamon sugar and filled with dulce de leche) was so well received!! For those who don’t know, kouign-amann means butter cake in French and it’s made from croissant dough laminated with sugar. Mega delicious, 10/10 would recommend. I will have plenty more Spanish and regular ones this Saturday 🫡

It’s kind of crazy to see the amount of variety I am pumping out haha. I will most likely continue baking after the market starts so we can resupply the case :)

Baking is in full swing for this Saturday!

These are all JUST almond croissants because I heard you and I agree. Almond croissants ROCK. They will be available every single Saturday at the farmers market :)

Fun fact: Almond Croissants are twice baked! They require day old plain croissants that get sliced in half, dunked in rum simple syrup, filled with almond frangipane and covered in almonds before being baked again.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the farmers market on Saturday!!
I can’t believe I am saying this, but not only did we have a line, we had a ✨constant✨ line from the moment the market opened to when we sold out less than 2 hours later.

Thank you SO much everyone, seriously. It means the world to me and I wish there were either more hours in the day or I had more limbs so I could bake more 😭😭

I already have plans to streamline things for next week and I will hopefully have preorders set up soon so you can always secure your goodies :)

And again, you guys are the absolute best. Thank you.

Today is the day!!!

Come find me at the downtown Toledo farmers market, 525 Market St Toledo, between 8AM and 2PM💖💖

I have a car full of pastries and I am heading there to set up now. There won’t be any strawberry donuts (I AM SO SORRY) because I ran out of time 😭😭
HOWEVER, I will have almond blueberry jam danishes and kouign-amann!!

📣👹4 days left until the Farmers Market 📣👹

I have to admit something… I do in fact have a favorite child.

The double chocolate croissant. The best and ONLY (as far as I know, pls don’t sue me thanks) in the entirety of Toledo.

Chocolate dough, cultured butter, and two hand piped chocolate batons. Flaky, chocolatey, and not overly sweet 🥐🍫

Now that we have gotten the promo out of the way… Have you guys seen the price of chocolate lately? And on top of that, chocolate batons???
I could pretend it’s about quality and craftsmanship but I would be LYING.
ITS BECAUSE OF THE PRICE.
I will pipe as many brown sticks as necessary if that means I don’t have to charge $10 per croissant LMFAO
