This looks like a good class to introduce you to making sourdough!

The new date for sourdough class has been selected!

Learn how to craft the perfect loaf, as well as make and maintain your own sourdough starter. We will be walking you through mixing, folding, shaping and baking in this detailed, 2-hour event.

This session will also include supplies to take home; including proofing bowl, razor for scoring, and bowl scraper. You will also take home your own active starter AND the loaf you made!
