Lately…

Everytime I think I am working to prep better so I can offer flash sales, the items are out my door before I can post.

What a situation to have- to be so busy is a real blessing!

The last couple of weeks was incredibly busy!

Thank you for the continued support friends. I love you more than words. 💜

Also, I need to address an issue that has increased over the last few months which if people are new to this page, they might not know.

First, I typically stay booked out about four months in advance. What a blessing that is to share! This also means I am not normally able to accept last minute orders. I am always happy to check my calendar for you though!

Additionally, to prevent waste of my time and product, I reserve the right for deposit or total payment at the time of your order. The internet is a wonderful way to share my love of baking but also opens the door to people that don’t always follow through. Ask me how I know…recently my family got to have a last minute 80s themed dessert party though 😉

Finally, I am not perfect. I am not the most outstanding baker for all your needs. However, what I can guarantee is I give all my love into the items I make. Always.

Here are a few of the treats I’ve been working on over the past couple of months 💜🤍💜

Not too shabby for someone balancing a few roles—teaching high school science full time (and loving my students so much), partnering with local businesses, cheering on my son at his baseball games and tournaments, helping my daughter get ready for prom, and holding things down at home while my spouse is away doing Army things.

I share that just to say this—baking is truly a labor of love for me. I’m not in it to make it big; I’m in it for the smiles, the celebrations, and the joy it brings to others. At the end of the day, if you’re happy with your treats, then my heart is full.

Thinking about the next few weeks.

I have special orders already placed by so many of you. My heart is excited to create for you all.

I also know that there has been much interest in me routinely stocking the case again. 💜

So, tell me friends. What kind of goodies would you like to pop in and grab? I’m thinking of Friday/Saturday to maintain freshness and my sanity. Cookies, cupcakes, holiday themed treats, breads, take and bake??

Finally- if you are the parent of a senior and would like me to create treats for graduation parties, do not wait! My baking calendar is already nearly full 🫣

Just when you think I couldn’t possibly be anymore of a dreamer, look what I just got home from setting up.

I love an event on a holiday as a general rule. I especially love a wedding on Valentine’s Day. Sending the couple the best today and always!

How did I get so lucky to have been allowed to bake for such a special day for people?!? This life sure has sweet moments.

Now, I will take a day to rest before prepping for more orders.
